Champion barista dedicated to Coffee shops
Jordan joined Terres de Café in 2019 , after an initial career in advertising. On a trip to Copenhagen, he discovered his first cup of specialty coffee. “That was the slap in the face, first sensory, then emotional with the barista's storytelling about coffee, understanding the complexity that exists from the soil to the cup.”
In 2024, he won his first international competition , becoming World Champion in the Ibrik/Cezve category.
